1. What is the nature of material you wish to transport?
- Why we ask: As a GTA agency, we handle more than 1,000+ industrial products, so it is easier for us to trust your expertise and knowledge of the products. The nature of the material includes machines, boxes, sacks, glasses, small displays, and more. 2. Are you sure about the size and weight of the shipment?
- Why we ask: We know from experience that there is always some variance compared to our initial telephonic conversation. A 5% variance in weight is acceptable to us, as well as minor size variations, so we can organize the right vehicle fit keeping weight and volume in mind during vehicle sourcing and deployment.
3. Are you aware of the transport vehicle size required by you?
- Why we ask: If you are a startup and don't know your vehicle size, just share the rough size and weight for us to help you find the right fleet of trucks. If you are still in doubt, we can arrange a pre-visit.
4. Are you looking for one-way transport or two-way transport?
- Why we ask: If you are participating in an expo or exhibition, two-way trucks are the most opted service; otherwise, one-way trucks are more frequently sought.
5. Where do we send the vehicle for loading?
- Why we ask: This helps us know the distance to travel for shipment pickup and suggests the best reporting time for the vehicle while keeping Bengaluru traffic regulations for medium and heavy trucks in mind. (Small trucks have no such rules so far!)
6. Which is your unloading or delivery location?

7. Do you provide the documents at the loading location?
- Why we ask: We want to ensure we provide transportation for shipments that carry fully genuine documents like invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.
8. Is this one-time transportation or recurring business?
- Why we ask: This question is asked to look for a future relationship and also to understand the quantum of workload so we can prepare our operations accordingly.
9. What is your company payment policy?
- Why we ask: We like to know what to expect for our services. We provide 3 modes of payment:
- Paid Booking: For one-time transport service (such as household transport).
- To-Pay: Payment made at the delivery location before unloading.
- Credit Payment: Ideally within 7 days from the date of booking.
10. Is there anything you wish to share regarding shipment details?
- Why we ask: Knowing full details helps with planning and avoids later confusion. Be it multi-point pickups or deliveries, we take care of all of it—as long as we have pre-information!
11. Do you operate on national holidays?
- Why we ask: We like to know this in advance to plan accurate delivery timelines at the destination.
12. Do you offer shared transport services?
- Why we ask: No, we are a fully FTL (Full Truckload) transport company, but we can accommodate your LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments using small truck transportation.
